SHIRE OF CORRIGIN

PROPOSED REVIEW OF LOCAL LAWS

The Shire of Corrigin has resolved to undertake a review of the following local laws in accordance with section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995:

• Shire of Corrigin Pest Plants By-laws, 1982
• Shire of Corrigin Local Law Relating to Trading in Public Places
• Shire of Corrigin Local Laws Relating to Standing Orders
• Shire of Corrigin Local Laws Relating to Fencing
• Shire of Corrigin Health Local Law 2016
• Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2016
• Shire of Corrigin Dogs Local Law 2021
• Shire of Corrigin Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024

The purpose is to determine whether local laws should be repealed, be amended or remain unchanged.  A copy of the local laws and any review proposals may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire of Corrigin Administration Office, 9 Lynch Street Corrigin, or viewed by clicking HERE

Submissions about the proposed review may be made to The Shire of Corrigin 9 Lynch Street Corrigin by 9 October 2026.
