Notice of Proposal to Dispose of Property

In accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of Corrigin proposes to lease the Corrigin Containers for Change Facility on Reserve 29118 at 8 Goyder Street to Rhys Walsh and Rick Button for $3,500 per annum (inc GST) for a period of two years with an option of a further five year term. The estimated market rental value of the property, as determined by an independent valuation, is $7,000 (GST exclusive).
