NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of the following lots:

2 Courboules Crescent (Lot 108) to William Thomas Eric Dyer for $40,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council is $40,000 (GST inclusive).

4 Courboules Crescent (Lot 107) to William Thomas Eric Dyer for $45,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council is $45,000 (GST inclusive).

6 Courboules Crescent (Lot 106) to William Thomas Eric Dyer for $46,500 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council is $46,500 (GST inclusive).
