NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of portion of Lot 625 on Deposited Plan 406791, 24 Larke Street Corrigin by way of Licence Agreement to CRISP Wireless Pty Ltd for internet services to value of $3,500 per annum. The market rental value of the property, as determined by an independent valuation, is

$3,500 (GST exclusive).
