NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 12 Lindsay Rise (Lot 30 Granite Rise Estate) to Joelene Joy Fawkes and Leslie Gavin Caley for $83,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $83,000 (GST inclusive).

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 10 Lindsay Rise (Lot 29 Granite Rise Estate) to Joelene Joy Fawkes and Leslie Gavin Caley for $83,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $83,000 (GST inclusive).

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 8 Lindsay Rise (Lot 28 Granite Rise Estate) to Lawson Joseph Butler and Tegan Rose Mellow for $83,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $83,000 (GST inclusive).
