NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 3 Abe Way (Lot 19 Granite Rise Estate) to Joseph Eamonn Frederick McCann for $55,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $55,000 (GST inclusive).
