NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 6 Lindsay Rise (Lot 27 Granite Rise Estate) to Bruce Hamilton Talbot and Heather Victoria Talbot for $83,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $83,000 (GST inclusive).

Written submissions are invited and will be received until 4.00pm Friday 31 January 2026 and must be addressed to:
