NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 2 Lawton Way (Lot 4 Granite Rise Estate) to Housing Authority for $54,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $54,000 (GST inclusive).

Written submissions are invited and will be received until 4.00pm Friday 9 January 2026 and must be addressed to:
