Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of an area the property at 625 Camm Street by way of a lease to Telstra Limited for $12,300 (Ex GST) per annum with a 3% interest increase per annum.  The period of the lease is twenty years. The market rental value of the property is $12,300 (GST Exclusive)
