Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 7 Haydon Close (Lot 12 Granite Rise Estate) to Cleo Martin for $44,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in November 2024 is $44,000 (GST inclusive).
