Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 18 Lindsay Rise (Lot 33 Granite Rise Estate) to Jennifer Margaret Pitman ATF Kunjin Trust for $75,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in March 2020 is $80,320 (GST inclusive).
