Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 3 Lindsay Rise (Lot 23 Granite Rise Estate) to Mr Micheal Rushton for $40,640 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in March 2020 is $40,640 (GST inclusive).
