A reminder that the green waste tip is only for branches, leaves, clippings and cuttings. If you are able to reduce the volume of your green waste through composting, mulching or recycling it would be much appreciated.
Materials such as soils, bricks, building rubble, timber, plastic and pallets are to be taken to the Waste Transfer Station NOT the green waste tip.
The
Waste Transfer Station and the Green Waste tip will no longer be accepting ash & coals.
The ranger will be conducting regular checks on the site. In the meantime Council is looking to relocate the green waste tip to a safer site.
