The Shire of Corrigin is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Real Estate Agency to provide real estate services for the sale of lots in the Granite Rise Estate for the next three years.

 Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest including:

1. Cover letter expressing interest.

2. Experience and recent sales record.

3. Agent resources, backup staff and administration support.

4. Sales approach or methodology.

5. Advertising strategy and estimated cost of advertising.

6. Commission fee.
