Our existing skate park grew out of the determination and fundraising efforts of a group of kids in the mid 1990’s. It is well used but is tired and old.

A new generation of kids asked Council to consider a replacement skate park next to Rotary Park and they are keen to start fundraising.

Council agreed to look at options and asked Skate Sculpture to suggest a design.

It could take a while to work out how much it would cost and apply for grants and fundraise.
