YOU?
I grew up in Narembeen and after
finishing school worked as a Farm
Hand for the Lockyer's. I’ve been an
orderly at the Narembeen Hospital
and after moving to Corrigin, worked
as a Driver, delivering groceries and
supplies that arrived via train to the
local shops. I’ve had plenty of truck
driving work, travelling around the
state. In 1980 I started work with the
Shire of Corrigin and 36 years on,
here I am !

Grumpy, good humoured !
HOW DO YOU RELAX WHEN
YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?
I play darts, use to play softball, enjoy
watching AFL, cricket and movies.
WHAT CAN’T YOU LIVE
WITHOUT?
My wife, my puppy dog & my ‘Bundy’ !

YOU?
I grew up in Castlemaine, Victoria and
then moved to Perth WA as a kid. I’ve
previously worked for Arteil, making
office furniture and for a landscape
design company, making large planter
pots from reconstituted cement, some
of my handiwork can be seen along
the Fremantle Esplanade. My parents
brought a house in Hill St., Corrigin
and I moved here and rented. I’ve
been working on the Shire for 10
years in 2017.

HOW DO YOU RELAX WHEN
YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?
I enjoy fishing and camping (when I
get time), watching National
Geographic documentaries, YouTube,
working on old vehicles and engines,
having fun with remote control cars.

YOU?
Originally from the UK, I moved to WA
when I was 15 years old with my
family. I’ve been here for almost 8
years and worked at the Shire of
Boddington before moving to Corrigin
where I’ve been working for the Shire
for 2 years. I’m soon to have a family
of my own and very excited.

4x4ing, working on cars with friends,
watching movies, being around
anything with wheels !
