Corrigin Dog Cemetery
On Sunday 9th October members of Corrigin Tidy Towns and
community volunteers carried out a morning, busy bee at the
Corrigin Dog Cemetery, the site for over 200 graves.
The group mowed and whipper-snipped around the many
graves and surrounding area, clearing the site of over-grown
vegetation, wild oats, weeds and restoring this iconic
attraction for the bus loads of tourists who stop and take
photos at this unique location.
The Corrigin Tidy Town Committee are a dedicated group of
volunteers who are always looking for new members and
helpers, so if you’re interested in lending a hand for a few
hours on a Sunday morning, please head along to their next
Busy Bee or attend one of their Meetings.
Next Meeting: Monday 17th Oct 7.00pm at CWA Hall
