Proposed Local Law

The Council of the Shire of Corrigin has resolved to make the following local law:

Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018

This local law will amend the Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local law 2016.

Purpose: the proposed Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018 is to provide for the regulation, control and management of animals and the prevention of environmental damage and nuisances within the Shire of Corrigin.

Effect: the proposed Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018 is to establish the requirements with which any person keeping animals, or undertaking activities that have the potential to impact the environment or create nuisance must comply.

A copy of the proposed law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire of Corrigin, 9 Lynch Street, Corrigin between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or here.

Submissions about the proposed law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Corrigin, 9 Lynch Street, Corrigin WA 6375 by 4.30pm 23 May 2018.
