Council has resolved to prepare an
Economic and Tourism
Development Strategy
that is to drive and build economic
development in the Shire over the next five (5) year period,
with specific emphasis on Tourism.
To assist Council in preparing the Strategy, an
Economic
and Tourism Development Strategy Working Group
(‘
Working Group’
) is to be formed with membership
comprising representatives from:
Retail Industry
Farming Industry
Transport Industry
Tourism Industry
The terms of reference can be down loaded from the Shire

If you would like to nominate to be on the
Working Group, please write a brief letter
outlining your skills / experience, stating
what industry you feel you can best

Notice of Annual General
Meeting of Electors
The annual general meeting of electors of the
Shire of Corrigin is to be held on Monday 13 February
2017 at the Corrigin Community Resource Centre -
Conference Room, 55 Larke Crescent, Corrigin,
commencing at 7.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Annual
Report for 2015/2016 and any other general business.

All Council meetings are open to the public and held in the Council
Chambers, located at 9 Lynch Street, Corrigin, with entry from the
