ROAD CLOSURE

following streets will have partial road closures

during the Corrigin End of Year Street Party event.



At the Ordinary Council meeting of the 20 December 2016, the Shire has recommend that the

2015/2016 Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2016 be

accepted. The Shire has also recommend that Council hold the Annual Electors Meeting on

Monday 13 February 2017 at the Corrigin Resource Centre Conference Room, Larke Crescent,

Corrigin commencing at 7.30pm.

Once accepted, official Notice of the Annual Electors Meeting will be displayed on public notice

boards, advertised in the Narrogin Observer and advertised on Council’s website and

Facebook. Residents and electors are asked to check these notices for confirmation of the

meeting.

In previous years, Council has sent a copy of the Annual Report and Notice of Meeting to all

residences and electors directly. Due to the rising costs, Council has decided not to proceed with

this process this year.

A complete version of the Shire of Corrigin Annual Report and Financial statements for the year

ended 30 June 2016 will be available at the Shire of Corrigin, 9 Lynch Street, Corrigin or

telephone 9063 2203 or web:

www.corrigin.wa.gov.au.

Residents who would like to receive a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements are

requested to contact Ms Taryn Dayman, DCEO, Shire of Corrigin to arrange the documents to be

sent.
