Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to lease the Corrigin Caravan Park on corner of Kirkwood Street and Larke Crescent to Trevor and Mareese Dyer for $2,500 per annum for a period of three years with an option of a further three years. The market rental value of the property, as determined by an independent valuation, is $2,500 (GST exclusive).
