Nominations for the 'Corrigin Community Citizen of the Year Awards' are now open.
We all know someone outstanding, who makes a real difference within our community. Outstanding contribution and community service includes areas such as; education, health, fund-raising, charitable and volunteer services, business, sport, arts, the environment, social inclusion or any other area that contributes to the advancement and wellbeing of our community.
It's time to take 5 minutes out of your day to recognise individuals and organisations making a notable contribution during the current year, and/or those who have given outstanding service over a number of years.
Award recipients will be announced at the Corrigin Australia Day Event on 26 January 2021.
There are the four award categories to choose from:
- Community Citizen of the Year
- Senior Citizen of the Year
- Youth Citizen of the Year
- Active Citizenship of the Year (for an Event or Group)
Nominations are open until 31 October 2021.
