Council is responsible for the maintenance and repair of certain facilities and assets. These include such things as public buildings, ablutions, parks and gardens and roads.

Council employs 18 outside staff including Manager of Works, Building Supervisor, Plant Operators, Grader Drivers, Truck Drivers, Labourers and Town Maintenance Crew.

If you require any works to be completed that are under the control of Council, such as road grading, removal of debris, etc please contact the Shire.

Private Works

Council also complete Private Works including the supply and delivery of sand & gravel, as well as machinery hire (with operator). If you would like to obtain a quotation for Private Works please contact us.

 Snap Send Solve

Snap Send Solve is a free app that can be used to alert Council of issues in the community such as potholes, illegal dumping, overflowing bins etc.

The app is free and available from the Apple Store or Google's Plan Store. Simply search for the Snap Send Solve app and follow the prompts to download onto your mobile device.
